Mamello Eleonora Juqula, now known as Mello Soul on stage, is a South African singer and songwriter born in Durban, Kwazulu-Natal. Her love for music began at the tender age of 6, she grew up listening to R&B, HipHop, Soul and Jazz Music. Looking back today, artists that influenced her music immensely include Sade, Whitney Houston, Anita Baker and Beyonce.
Although Mello Soul’s music falls under the AfroPop/Soul genre, she’s also a multitalented artist who can easily switch to other genres such as R&B and House. Speaking about her music, Mello Soul says: “I plan to bring a whole new vibe into the South African Music Industry. Something more soulful with an international feel! A sound that can cross boarders, be heard and loved across the globe.” Mello Soul has worked with a number of South African artists including DJ Fistaz Mixwell. Together, they released one of the hottest house tunes in South Africa titled “I’m Free” which was written by Mello Soul.
South West, her hit single featuring Nigeria's KaySwitch, is enjoying a lot of positive response all through the African continent.
Mello Soul is currently in studio recording her debut album.

By his teenage years, Chinonso Kingsley Emenike p/k/a D’Artiste, had become a well- known entertainer in his homeland of Ekwusigo in Anambra State, East of Nigeria. “Music runs in my veins, I am music”, he says as he explains how he grew up in a family of music fanatics with his grandfather and his mother being choirmasters. He gained meaningful advice, skillful and developing musical talent from them. D’Artiste started his own music journey from playing local drums and singing at home at the tender age of nine (9). He then made his way into a local choir, where he established himself as a prolific singer. From then on, he focused all his attention on accomplishing his dream of becoming a successful recording and performing artist. Pursuant of his dream, D’Artiste moved to Johannesburg, South Africa where he currently resides.
D'Artiste is an acclaimed crowd puller with his excellent delivery of a fusion of dance, afro beat, highlife and pop music. His emotive and soulful presentation of his music assures that the audience will be impacted, with the dance element ensuring real "feel good" music!
He has worked with several artists and DJ’s/producers in Nigeria including Wiz Boyy, Maestro, Jabizzy, DJ Jones, DJ Mark. In South Africa, he has worked with AB Culture, DJ Waxxy, and DJ Danola.
D’Artiste is currently working on his debut album, due for release in 2014. Released from the upcoming album are hit singles “Love Me” and “Abuti”.
